We are recruiting a Senior Consultant Transformation, Marketing & Customer Experience to join our Business Consulting Practice.
Your mission
You will work on high-stakes projects involving various issues of transformation, customer experience, CRM, AI, or even change management for demanding clients (luxury, retail, financial services, hospitality…), in B2C and B2B:
- Define the strategic vision and roadmaps
- Identify innovative opportunities and use cases
- Design engagement strategies and customer journeys, while measuring their impacts
- Rethink processes and organizations, particularly in contexts of integrating AI / agentic AI
- Lead the operational implementation of initiatives, from launch to scaling
- Support client teams through change and tool adoption
- Measure performance and ROI to ensure the sustainable success of deployed actions
Your profile
- You have at least 5 years of experience in transformation, change management, marketing, and customer experience, ideally in consulting
- You are recognized for your leadership, your analytical mind, and your ability to synthesize complex issues
- You have solid methodological foundations (strategic scoping, roadmap definition, use case construction, etc.)
- You have a good knowledge / appetite for AI topics
- You know how to adapt quickly to varied and demanding contexts
- Curious and proactive, you propose innovative solutions to create value
- Fluency in English is essential (international clients and environments)
