To support its activities related to CRM campaign management, our Data Business Unit is recruiting a Senior Campaign Management Consultant to support major market players (retail, banking, insurance, luxury, etc.).
Your missions for our clients
The optimization of contact strategies
Targeting and scenario planning of CRM campaigns in a multi-channel environment
Setting up campaign workflows
Coordination of marketing campaigns
Analysis of feedback and marketing campaign performance
Training on CRM and analysis tools
Your profile
You have between 2 and 5 years of experience in marketing campaign management, relying on a campaign management tool and with an affinity for data and marketing.
You must master one of the following 3 solutions: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Imagino, Braze.
You are comfortable with SQL and HTML/CSS.
You speak English fluently (many international clients: working language and presentations in English)
