Performance Marketing & SEO Specialist

We are looking for a Performance Marketing & SEO Specialist to manage and grow our digital presence, paid advertising, and customer acquisition. This role is highly performance-driven and will be responsible for turning advertising spend and organic traffic into measurable enquiries, leads, and sales.

Qualifications:

• Have experience in Performance Marketing and SEO by managing actual campaigns
• Able to plan, create, and optimize Meta Ads
• Able to manage Google Ads including Search, Display, and Performance Max
• Have experience in running Remarketing and Retargeting campaigns
• Able to set up and run TikTok Ads, including analyzing and optimizing results
• Able to plan and manage advertising budgets to align with business goals
• Able to analyze and optimize Cost per Lead
• Understand Conversion Rate and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
• Able to perform A/B Testing for images, copy, target audiences, and Landing Pages
• Have experience using Meta Business Manager and Google Ads
• Able to use GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console
• Understand the installation and verification of Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and Conversion Tracking
• Able to analyze the customer journey from ads or search to inquiry and purchase
• Have skills in Keyword research and analysis, including competitor research
• Able to improve On-page SEO such as Title, Meta Description, Heading, and Internal Link
• Understand Technical SEO and can coordinate to resolve website issues
• Able to plan articles and Landing Pages to increase organic search traffic
• Understand Local SEO and increasing visibility on Google Business Profile
• Use Excel or Google Sheets to analyze data and prepare performance reports
• Good English communication skills, able to work independently, and focused on real business results
