Your tasks

The role The suitable candidate will undertake daily support and service of the client base, with the primary goal of providing immediate and effective response to customer needs and ensuring an excellent service experience.

Indicative responsibilities Issuance & renewal of policies, creation of quotes, endorsements, management and handling of incoming customer inquiries, as well as daily use of the company's information systems.

Requirements

We are looking for a person with a positive attitude, with a communicative and extroverted character who is distinguished by consistency, professionalism, organization, and a high sense of responsibility.

Required Qualifications

• University/Technical College Degree
• Good knowledge of English
• Very good use of PC and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook), Internet and ERP
• Politeness and professional behavior
• Strong organizational skills
• Quick perception and effectiveness in task execution
• Developed communication skills
• Team spirit and willingness to cooperate

Professional knowledge certification for insurance intermediaries (Type A) will be specially evaluated.

Experience

• At least 3 years of mandatory experience in the insurance sector, with experience in General Insurance and/or Life Insurance
• Desirable experience in a customer service position
