Responsibilities: Enhance customer satisfaction by providing personalized service and product recommendations.

Oversee staff and work cross-functionally with Hampton's team members and HQ.

Assist in inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.

Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, optimizing product displays to attract customer interest.

Comfort in hosting VIP and influencer facing events onsite.

Requirements: 2+ years of experience within a retail environment

Experience in a luxury retail environment is a plus

Strong customer service skills

Knowledge of maintaining a store, opening and locking up, assisting in overall store operations

Ability to commute to the store

Must be able to speak about the brand and understand Vivrelle’s business model
