Responsibilities and duties

Act in the translation of business requirements into adherent, scalable, and competitive technological solutions, supporting commercial, technical, and pre-sales areas in defining architectures, preparing proposals, and sustaining solutions that generate value for the client and contribute to business growth.

• Gather, document, and analyze technical and business requirements with clients and internal stakeholders;
• Design technical solutions aligned with business objectives, considering current and future IT scenarios;
• Act together with pre-sales analysts, the commercial team, and technical specialists in building viable and adherent solutions;
• Elaborate and present customized solutions, detailing benefits, costs, risks, schedules, and prerequisites;
• Develop projects based on the definition of products, hardwares, softwares, licenses, and subscriptions;
• Prepare BOMs and SOWs to support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals;
• Elaborate service proposals, including scope, implementation stages, effort, and estimated values;
• Validate projects with the Pre-Sales team, ensuring the correct composition of offers and mitigation of technical risks;
• Analyze terms of reference, RFPs, and RFIs, interpreting demands to enable the solution;
• Present projects and proposals to clients and internal stakeholders;
• Maintain alignment with commercial teams to define positioning strategies and business closing;
• Follow up on post-implementation reviews, proposing improvements and refinements to the implemented solutions;
• Interact with manufacturers and partners in technical dealings, discounts, approvals, and post-sales demands;
• Present results, strategies, and action plans in executive meetings;
• Execute activities related to the position, as guided by immediate leadership.

Requirements and qualifications

• Completed higher education in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Telecommunications, Project Management, or related areas;
• Experience in solutions architecture, pre-sales, technical consultancy, or related roles;
• Experience in technology integrators, partners, or solution manufacturers;
• Experience in requirements gathering, architecture design, preparation of technical proposals, and support for the commercial process;
• Technical knowledge in infrastructure, networks, security, data center, cloud, and IT services solutions;
• Experience in preparing BOM, SOW, technical scopes, and service proposals;
• Ability to analyze technical and commercial documents, such as terms of reference, RFPs, and RFIs;
• Knowledge in project management, customer service, and negotiation;
• Intermediate or advanced English for reading technical documentation and interacting with manufacturers.
