Join Vivid Media as a Producer to lead and manage diverse photo and video projects, collaborating with passionate teams to deliver exceptional media productions that exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead pitching, securing, and managing media projects from initiation to completion to ensure successful delivery
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project goals and deadlines
• Develop pre-production materials including storyboards to guide production processes
• Plan and control production schedules and budgets to optimize resources and meet client requirements
• Manage digital files and perform administrative tasks to maintain organized project documentation
• Adapt to varied project locations and environments, demonstrating flexibility and commitment

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Demonstrate strong planning and organizational skills to coordinate multiple project elements efficiently
• Apply problem-solving skills with a positive attitude to overcome production challenges
• Show keen interest and knowledge of the media industry to contribute meaningfully to projects
• Communicate clearly and professionally in both verbal and written forms to engage clients and team members
• Exhibit passion for delivering excellent customer service to build and maintain client relationships
• Use initiative and sound judgment to identify and implement effective solutions
• Candidates with educational background in Mass Communication, Film, Media, or Communications courses are preferred
