Are you ready to lead international projects effectively? We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Project Manager to join our team and become responsible for the successful execution of multiple impactful projects worldwide.

• You maintain a clear overview of ongoing projects, monitor key milestones, and ensure everything remains within scope, timing, and budget.
• You report regularly on project status to management, reflect progress, and proactively tackle challenges by organizing and implementing solutions.
• You ensure that projects meet both internal and external quality standards, setting the bar high in the process.
• You contribute ideas for improving project follow-up, so that they run more efficiently and consistently.
• You work closely with customers and colleagues from Sales, Design, Purchase, R&D, and Operations to bring projects to life and guarantee their feasibility.
• You have demonstrable experience as a Project Manager in a technical environment – preferably experience with a stage-gate approach.
• You have strong time management skills and know how to meet tight deadlines even with large-scale projects.
• You remain calm under pressure and always maintain a clear focus on the project scope.
• You have a passion for technology, think customer-oriented, and always look for the best solution.
• You have excellent communication skills and speak fluent English (other languages are a plus!).
• You hold a master's degree in (electro)mechanics or have built up equivalent experience.
• You are willing to travel internationally 30% of the time to support customers on-site as well.
