As an operator, you play a crucial role in the melting process. You ensure a smooth supply of raw materials and guarantee a high level of quality and safety.

• You accurately weigh the prescribed amounts of raw materials and load them into the melting furnace.
• You follow the production planning and program the production sequences for optimal productivity.
• You work according to the standard operational procedures and the instructions of the shiftleader.
• You participate in 5S and problem-solving events to optimize the process.
• You are responsible for the cleanliness of your work area.
• If necessary, you operate related equipment such as a bulldozer, forklift and electric tools.

Your profile as an operator

• You have industrial experience.
• You can work well both independently and in a team, also under time pressure.
• You have strong mechanical skills and are proficient with hand tools. Basic knowledge of electric tools, forklifts and bulldozers is present.
• You have an eye for detail and deliver precise and high-quality work.
• You are eager to learn and are always open to learning new skills.
• Working safely is second nature to you, and you strictly follow procedures.
• You speak perfect English or French.
