1. Manage and supervise the production operations of all factories within the group, including production management, quality control, production process improvement, production cost control, team development, and factory administration.
2. Prepare, supervise, inspect, monitor, and drive compliance with regulations and standards regarding production, machinery, safety, and the environment.
3. Support the Production Director in preparing annual, quarterly, and monthly production operational plans, as well as driving efficient execution of these plans.
4. Plan and manage production capacity appropriately, while coordinating closely with the Marketing/Sales departments to ensure timely product delivery and fulfillment of customer contracts.
5. Execute cost control targets, reduce factory costs, and increase production efficiency.

Qualifications: Educational background: Associate Degree (High Vocational Certificate) or Bachelor's Degree or higher, any field of study. Must have experience in production management within the food industry of a large company or group of companies for not less than 10 years, and experience in the same position for at least 5 years. Working hours: 8:00-12:00 14:00-18:00--6DAYS
