Methods Technician (M/F)
Job Description:
KALIXENS RH is looking for a Methods Technician (M/F) on a permanent contract (CDI) for an industrial company specializing in mechanics.
Proficiency in English is indispensable for this position.
You will have to Analyze and validate supplier proposals on technical and economic aspects; ensure the creation and monitoring of tooling and investment orders in SAP
-Define, formalize, and evolve work standards (operating procedures, manufacturing and control plans - PFC) Implement actions to optimize operating times, perform time studies and timekeeping at workstations
-Support the industrialization of product modifications during the series life phase and guarantee their deployment in production
-Participate in industrial audits
-Ensure the management of new works, according to the orientations of the Responsable Méthodes Industrialisation and the investment plan, in coordination with the maintenance department
-Contribute to the structuring of product nomenclatures, in interface with the Bureau d'Études and the technical data referent
-Design and optimize the industrial organization of production lines and workstations (assembly, trimming, cutting-stitching, gluing, foaming) Manage process evolutions: formalization of needs, drafting of specifications and monitoring of tooling design, integrating ergonomics, performance, and reliability criteria

Profile Description:
