Textile Production Manager (M/F)

Job Description:

We are supporting our client, a textile company recognized for its expertise, in the recruitment of its future Production Manager (M/F) on a permanent contract (CDI).

You will ensure the operational, human, and commercial management of a human-scale industrial site.

Your main missions will be to Ensure the launch into manufacturing

-Supervise and take part in negotiations regarding purchasing conditions

-Propose continuous improvement actions and lead projects in their entirety

-Monitor performance indicators

-Perform regular reporting

-Supervise a human-scale team

-Support employees in their skill development

-Plan and organize site activities

-Manage production activity

-Optimize flows, processes, and workshop organization

-Ensure compliance with quality and deadlines

Please note Permanent contract (CDI)

-Company based less than 10 minutes from Neulise

-Salary to be determined according to profile ranging from 36K to 54K euros gross per year

-Proficiency in professional English

Profile Description:

Ideally, you hold a higher education degree such as a Bac+5 (Master's or engineering school). You have at least 5 years of experience in industrial site management, ideally in the textile field.

Hard Skills: Proficiency in IT tools

Commercial negotiations

Knowledge of the textile environment

Practice of professional English

Soft Skills: Methodical and available, you are recognized for your leadership.
