Electrical Design Office Manager (M/F)
Job Description:
KALIXENS RH is looking for an Electrical Design Engineer (M/F) in a permanent contract (CDI) for an industrial company based in the Plaine du Forez.
Reporting to the Electrical Design Office Manager, your main mission will be to design installations and handling machines in collaboration with the mechanical design office, while respecting technical and financial constraints.
Proficiency in English is indispensable to hold this position.
In this capacity, your missions will be as follows: Guarantee compliance with specifications, standards, regulations, and safety rules
-Participate in technical meetings for project preparation and monitoring
-Provide technical support to teams and stakeholders
-Define technical solutions and update design files in connection with the relevant departments
-Perform prototype testing, verify compliance, and propose necessary adjustments
-Collaborate with internal departments, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure the integration of technical solutions
-Ensure technical monitoring and contribute to the continuous improvement of products and services
-Estimate the electrical consumption needs of each piece of equipment
-Participate in the design of principle diagrams for electrical installations in CFO and CFA
-Produce layout plans and electrical diagrams
-Define and specify the equipment necessary for electrical installations
-Establish estimated work timelines

Profile Description:
Hard Skills: Very good mastery of electrical schematization, electrical risks, standards, and regulations for electrical engineering; Basic knowledge in mechanics
-Mastery of computer-aided design software for electrical installation/electrical schematics
-Mastery of CFO (high voltage)
-Ability to manage a budget
-Mastery of English (reading, writing, and speaking)

-Rigor and autonomy are required
-You possess excellent analytical and adaptation skills
Education: You have a Bac + 5 level training in electrical engineering.
Experience: You have 3 to 5 years of experience as an Electrical Design Officer.
