Accounts Clerk

Responsible for preparing sales invoices to customers on a timely basis Generate statement of accounts for customers Responsible for entering purchases invoices. Matching of suppliers statement of accounts & prepare payments advice. Others duties include checking of staff expenses claims. Year end stock checking. Involve in ad-hoc assignment. Requirements: "O" Level / Nitec At least 1-2 year working experience Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment Bilingual, must handle Chinese documents Able to start work immediately Staying in East area is preferred Working hours 8.30am – 5.30am (5.5 days) Able to work weekday overtime(Thursday more orders) & month end closing.
