Business Development Associate | Entry Level

Your first role doesn’t have to be your forever role. But it should teach you something valuable. We’re looking for individuals who want hands-on experience in sales , business development , customer acquisition and leadership . You’ll start by learning the fundamentals — communicating with customers, representing brands and understanding how successful campaigns generate results. As your capabilities grow, you’ll have opportunities to take on greater responsibilities within the team. What You’ll Develop: Sales & Customer Acquisition Learn how to approach customers, identify needs and communicate solutions effectively. Business Communication Build confidence presenting ideas and communicating with different personalities. Campaign Execution Gain hands-on exposure to face-to-face marketing campaigns and events. Previous experience isn’t essential. Fresh graduates, ORD personnel and career switchers are welcome. Training and mentorship will be provided.
