We are a team made up of people who see beyond the obvious!🧡Responsibilities and assignmentsRESPONSIBILITIES:Lead high-complexity end-to-end projects, ensuring deliveries within scope, deadline, and quality;Define and manage scope, schedule, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic priorities;Act as a strategic partner to stakeholders, promoting continuous alignment and expectation management;Influence decisions at tactical and executive levels, with clear and results-oriented communication;Lead multidisciplinary teams, promoting collaboration, engagement, and high performance;Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and anticipate deviations with assertive corrective actions;Manage risks, dependencies, and impacts, ensuring predictability and effective mitigation;Structure and conduct project governance (rituals, status reports, executive committees);Ensure adherence to best practices, methodologies, and organizational standards;Promote continuous improvement and knowledge dissemination within the team and organization.Requirements and qualifications: Completed Higher Education;Post-graduation in Information Technology, Information Security, or Cybersecurity is desirable;Minimum of 4 years in Project Management (preferably in complex or consultative environments);Experience in conducting strategic or large-scale projects;Experience in environments with multiple stakeholders and high governance demand;Solid knowledge of methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, or hybrid);Strong leadership and influence capacity, including without direct authority;Excellent executive communication, with the ability to translate technical topics for the business;Strategic thinking and systemic vision, with a focus on value generation;Analytical profile, oriented toward data and results;High capacity for organization and management of multiple simultaneous initiatives;Proactivity and sense of ownership (accountability);Resilience and adaptability in dynamic and changing environments;Skill in negotiation and conflict management;Decision-making capacity in complex and ambiguous scenarios.Differentials:Experience in Information Security / Cybersecurity projects;Experience in consultancies or Professional Services;Additional certifications (Scrum, PMI-ACP, ITIL, etc.);Experience with tools such as MS Project, Planner, SPM ServiceNow;PMP Certification;Advanced English (reading, writing, and conversation).
