Network Cybersecurity Analyst - Network Security | Dedicated Project

Your tasks

• Act on configuration requests, incidents, planned tasks, and problems related to network security, performing information gathering with customers or other internal teams such as NOC and SOC.
• Develop analytical reports or RCAs, prepare opinions, and review reports created by other analysts, ensuring clear and formal communication. Ensure compliance with SLAs (service levels) through the handling, recording, and resolution of requests, with a primary focus on delivery quality and customer satisfaction.
• Support other teams in the implementation of new functionalities, proposing improvements in processes and practices. Prepare routine security and asset health checks, create and maintain an updated knowledge base, and develop documentation for the activities performed.
• Analyze and process security incidents, deciding on the best approach for resolution.
• Contribute to the implementation of security improvements and technical support processes, collaborating with Security and Infrastructure teams.
• Monitor and support the procurement team in the equipment licensing process.

Requirements

• Practical experience in network security, including operation, maintenance, and support, with mastery in at least two of the following solutions: Firewall, NAC, Wireless, managed Switch, NDR, IPS, and WAF — preferably with experience in manufacturers such as Fortinet, Palo Alto, Check Point, or Cisco. Certifications will be a differentiator.
• Familiarity with SD-WAN and multi-link environments (balancing, failover).
• Knowledge of static routing and dynamic routing protocols such as BGP and OSPF.
• Knowledge of network protocols and technologies such as VLANs, STP, LACP, QoS, and network segmentation.
• Experience with VPN technologies (IPsec and SSL) and secure remote access.
• Practical experience in preparing security reports, documentation of procedures (playbooks), and creation of security checklists. Organized, resilient profile with an innovative mindset to propose continuous improvements.
• English with the ability to perform verbal and written interactions with international partners and customers.
