- Coordination with Technical Design: Direct contact and constant feedback with pattern makers and the technical design team (responsible for the preparation of tech packs and mold development) to ensure that the creative concept translates perfectly to the physical garment.
- Control of manufacturing processes: Monitoring of cutting processes, sample assembly, and fit approvals.
- Management in ERP systems: Registration, tracking, and control of collection development within the ERP platform.
- Sourcing and international negotiation: Fluent communication and negotiation in English with national and foreign suppliers.
- Brand launch: Collaboration with the Marketing area for the visual strategy and commercial launch of the collections.
Requirements
What are we looking for?
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
- Indispensable software: Advanced handling of Adobe Illustrator (total mastery for tracing, illustration, and vectorization of collections).
- Languages: Advanced English is indispensable.
- Experience: Recent graduates with high visual talent or profiles with experience in design for performance and casual/business casual lines.
- Knowledge: Solid knowledge of fabrics, textile supplies, manufacturing logic, and ERP systems.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interaction capacity with pattern makers and technicians, high creativity, commercial vision for retail, and attention to detail.
