What will we do together?

As SAP Managed Services Manager F/M at VISEO, you are at the heart of our technical SAP delivery strategy. You will drive the BU's activities regarding SAP Managed Services, support our clients in their SAP environments, and lead a team of experts distributed between France and Spain to guarantee the excellence of the services delivered.

As part of your management missions:

• Ensure customer satisfaction by managing the relationship on a daily basis and guaranteeing the quality of services delivered.
• Structure and evolve delivery processes to guarantee quality, performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Drive the activity: HR management (recruitment, employee follow-up, goal setting), operational planning, and skill development.
• Coordinate and lead a bi-country team composed of consultants, SAP systems engineers, Cloud experts, and technical referents.
• Monitor the BU's financial performance: invoicing, P&L monitoring, profitability optimization.
• Contribute to business development: analysis of client needs, pre-sales, estimation, drafting and presenting offers.
• Evolve our SAP managed services offering to meet client requirements and market evolution.
• Participate in the contracting of services and associated negotiations.
• Guarantee the alignment of services with contractual commitments and VISEO quality standards.

As part of your technical expertise and consulting missions:

• Act as an SAP expert on architecture, administration, and deployment topics (OnPremise, Cloud, RISE).
• Lead technical SAP projects: cloud migration, upgrades, SAP RISE implementation, SAP BTP deployments.
• Lead the delivery of SAP managed services.
• Provide technical support to clients in the management and evolution of their SAP environments.
• Maintain constant technological watch on SAP innovations to feed our strategic vision.

Who are you?

You have proven experience in managing an activity or an SAP expertise hub. You are recognized for your technical mastery of SAP: architecture, administration, Cloud deployments (S/4HANA, RISE, BTP.). You master DevOps and Infrastructure as Code practices. You have solid knowledge of hyperscaler environments (Azure, AWS, GCP). You are comfortable with pre-sales cycles, contracting, and financial management (P&L, invoicing). You have natural leadership, a strong customer orientation, and the ability to unite your teams. You speak English fluently and move easily in an international context. Ideally, you speak Spanish.
