What will we do together?

You will be part of an international team of professionals spread across more than 20 sites worldwide, including 7 in France.

As an SAP Manager at VISEO, you will play an essential role for our clients by helping them fully exploit the value of their SAP IT investments. By combining strategy, methodology, and human management, you will help guide our clients toward remarkable successes.

As a member of the SAP Logistics Supply Chain team, you will offer enlightened advice on current topics that drive major transformation programs for our clients: Supply Chain optimization, CSR, Retail and Fashion challenges, etc.

Your missions will consist of:

• Accompanying our clients in the implementation of their Core Model by taking charge of facilitating design workshops and integrating business processes with a global end-to-end vision.
• Providing high-quality solutions within the planned deadlines and budget.
• Being proactive by implementing innovative, effective solutions in line with client challenges.
• Designing, presenting, and embodying proposals in a captivating manner, while developing a deep understanding of the client's ecosystem.
• Creating prototypes under SAP S4 Hana, in order to demonstrate the potential and SAP functionalities that will meet client needs and help them transform their business.
• Escalating risks to project directors and proposing action plans to secure the service level.
• Identifying the domain migration strategy and its coordination with other teams in the client's application landscape.
• Defining the cut-over plan, supporting the dry run (evolutions / corrections), in order to secure the go-live as well as ensuring post-startup support, and handover to maintenance teams to sustain the quality of the implemented solution.
• Contributing to the animation of the SAP community of KUs / BPO / AMOA with the aim of boosting constructive exchanges and proactively meeting client expectations.
• Building tomorrow's SAP solution in accordance with our clients' vision:
• Defining SAP Supply Chain and Logistics solutions with a global, integrated, and flexible approach.
• Implementing these solutions with the team, becoming a pillar of this offering.
• Uniting, transforming, and ensuring the success of the transition with energy.
• Steering and confidently tracing a clear trajectory for Supply Chain consultants.
• Staying abreast of current trends in the Retail, Industry, and Services sectors and relevant solutions for our clients' activities, such as SAP CAR, omnichannel, quota management, and order prioritization, etc.

Who are you?

With a Master's degree (Business School, Engineering School, or University), you have at least 10 years of experience as an SAP Consultant, acquired in a consulting firm, IT services company, or user company.

You have a good transverse vision of business processes and perfect knowledge of SAP solutions.

You have participated in, planned, and completed several SAP projects in all their dimensions: organizational, solution validation, testing, training, monitoring of technical workstreams, and data migration.
