Experienced Cegid Y2 Techno-Functional Consultant M/F (M/F)

What will we do together?

You will be part of the Cegid Retail team led by Caroline, Practice Manager ERP and POS.

As a Cegid Y2 techno-functional expert, you will support our Retail and Luxury clients in their transformation projects, from needs analysis to the operational implementation of solutions.

You will also contribute to the development of the Cegid Retail practice, intervening in pre-sales, offer construction, and delivery phases, while capitalizing on feedback from client projects.

You will specifically work on Point of Sale (POS) management solutions, at the heart of connected digital commerce transformation. Beyond traditional functions such as sales, stock management, and in-store checkout, these solutions are evolving to integrate new uses such as:

• Digitalization of the point of sale (clienteling, cataloging)
• Omnichannel sales experiences (e-reservation, click and collect, etc.)
• Unified stock management

Here is the retail adventure we propose for you to experience alongside us:

• Provide Project Management Assistance (AMOA) on end-to-end functional evolution projects: gathering and formalizing requirements, writing functional and technical specifications, configuration, preparation and execution of tests, and change management support for client teams.
• Lead end-to-end evolution and deployment projects, from scoping to delivery: organizing governance, coordinating stakeholders, monitoring project planning and costs, and anticipating and managing risks.
• Ensure application maintenance: handle preventive maintenance, qualify evolution requests, contribute to their prioritization, and act as a level 3 expert for complex incidents and anomalies.

Who are you?

With a higher education level of Bac +4/5, ideally from an engineering school or equivalent, you have proven experience in similar missions, ideally acquired in Retail or Luxury, and on checkout or point of sale management solutions.

You have good technical and IT knowledge, and you know the SQL language.

You have successful experience with Cegid Y2 or Cegid CBR, or on a comparable POS solution on the market such as Oracle, Diebold, Openbravo, Toshiba, or NCR.

You are motivated, possess strong interpersonal and writing skills, and are recognized for your rigor, analytical and synthesis skills, as well as your proactivity.

You have experience in project management.

You have a good command of English and are comfortable working in international environments. You want to join a rapidly developing Digital Commerce activity and evolve on Retail solutions and more broadly the entire e-commerce and connected commerce ecosystem.

You will be able to deepen your Cegid Y2 expertise, notably through certification paths offered with our partner Cegid.
