Quality Assurance Engineer

Your tasks

• Development & Sprints: Design test cases mapped to business logic, focusing on commercial planning math, Gross-to-Net (GTN) waterfalls, and volume forecast equations. Ensure unit testing done by developers are thoroughly done. Assist the product team to finish testing thoroughly to keep project momentum.
• UAT & Parallel Run: Lead numerical reconciliation between legacy Excel sheets and the new web app to ensure 100% mathematical accuracy; coordinate test execution with business users and manage defects in Jira.
• Go-Live & Hypercare: Perform smoke testing during cutover rehearsals , work with delivery lead to ensure minimum tech debt, and all business scenarios are exhaustively covered

Requirements

• Minimum of bachelor's degree or Equivalent.
• Minimum 4 – 7 years of experience in functional QA and UAT execution.
• Strong background in validating commercial planning, pricing, or financial calculations (verifying complex business math and edge cases).
• Solid experience in numerical data reconciliation (comparing legacy Excel models against web systems).
• Strong SQL skills for database validation and back-end calculation checks.
• Good communication and user-facing skills to support business teams during UAT.
• Good to have: Test automation (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium), API testing (Postman), or cloud experience (GCP).
