Your tasks
Lead the creation and optimization of inspection programs while delivering customer training and equipment demonstrations. Manage servicing, installation, and site commissioning with expertise in machine vision or SMT/PCBA technologies.
- Develop and optimize inspection programs to improve accuracy and efficiency in quality control processes
- Deliver customer training sessions and demonstrate equipment functionality to ensure effective user adoption
- Perform servicing, installation, and site commissioning of inspection systems to guarantee operational readiness
- Apply knowledge of machine vision or SMT/PCBA technologies to troubleshoot and enhance system performance
- Communicate technical information clearly and effectively to customers and internal teams
- Operate and navigate Windows operating systems to support inspection software and system maintenance
- Manage tasks independently, prioritizing and executing work with minimal supervision
- Prepare for and undertake travel on short notice to support customer sites and project requirements
