Mixologist

Responsibilities:

Craft cocktails: Create and prepare unique and delicious cocktails and mocktails. Menu development: Assist in developing and updating menus. Ingredient management: Source and manage ingredients, including spirits, mixers, and garnishes. Customer service: Provide exceptional customer service and engage with customers. Collaboration: Collaborate with other staff to create a unique and memorable experience. Compliance: Ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to liquor service. Marketing and Publicity: Will be involved in promotion, Market research, pricing, distribution, and advertising of the Lounge.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification of OND. No experience/ less than 1 year of previous experience in a similar role.
