Mixed drinks and jam, vaccines and cough syrups, paints and varnishes and much more must be stirred during production - with its innovative solutions, VISCO JET® finds the right stirring system for every application, worldwide!

With our nearly 35 employees, we pursue a common goal: to inspire our customers! We maintain an open-door policy and short decision-making paths. Through our individual products, we approach many things differently - we are proud of that.

Your future area of responsibility:

You will take over orders after they have been handed over by Sales and accompany them from order entry to delivery and invoicing. In doing so, you will be the central contact person for all topics that arise during order processing.

Your tasks specifically include:

  • Entering and processing customer orders in our ERP-System
  • Monitoring delivery dates and actively following up on open points
  • Coordination and alignment with Sales, Engineering, Production, Material Management, and other internal departments
  • Creation and compilation of order and delivery documentation
  • Feedback and monitoring of production orders
  • Monitoring of process-specific external services
  • Organization and coordination of deliveries and freight forwarding
  • Comprehensive export processing
  • Processing of commissioning, repairs, and complaint orders
  • Clarification of deviations and short-term problems
  • Communication with sales partners, end customers, suppliers, and freight forwarders

Who are we looking for?

Are you someone who doesn't just leave problems lying around, but rolls up your sleeves? Then you could fit well into our Order Management team.

Many threads converge in Order Management – and not everything always goes according to plan. Delivery dates shift, information is missing, inquiries remain open, or an order develops differently than originally intended. That is exactly when you come into play: you maintain an overview, investigate matters, and actively look for a solution.

In this role, no order is like the other. Mastering new situations professionally, making decisions, and starting instead of waiting a long time for the perfect solution. For us, initiative, assertiveness, and a true hands-on mentality are therefore more important than a stubborn processing of procedures.

In the process, you will regularly be in contact with our sales partners, end customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, and of course, our internal departments. Delivering unpleasant news, demanding deadlines, and following up when information or decisions are missing. You should be able to handle this and yet remain friendly, solution-oriented, and professional.

In short: In Order Management, we don't wait for a problem to solve itself. We take care of it. Not every situation can be solved with a process manual. Information is missing, something must be reorganized at short notice, and several stakeholders must be brought to the table.

Then your ability is required to obtain the necessary information yourself, bring the right people together, and drive the matter forward.

What do you bring with you?

  • Completed commercial training
  • English in spoken and written form
  • Experience in dealing with MS Office and ERP-Systemen
  • Strong initiative and a "hands on mentality"
  • Flexibility with changing priorities and unexpected situations

Your opportunities in our family business:

  • An unlimited employment contract and 30 days of vacation
  • A flexible flextime model with the possibility to work one day per week from home office
  • Job Rad & company pension scheme
  • Our company is located directly at the edge of the forest and offers great opportunities to relax perfectly during the lunch break
  • A working environment in which the individual counts
