Graduates - Materials Management

Graduate Analyst to act in the Materials Management team of a company in the Energy sector, focusing on:Specification and registration of materials, through research and analysis of technical information provided by requesters, in compliance with established procedures and standards;Handling requests for material registration and analysis of purchasing problems, supporting client areas with data updates and ensuring the purchase of correct equipment for maintenance and operations;Support in the definition and validation of the material descriptive standard (PDM);Support in the cleansing of the materials database.Responsibilities and assignmentsResearch and analyze material specifications;Perform material registration, according to PDM;Handle specific systems for material registration (example: SAP);Contact manufacturers, suppliers, and clients (telephone/email);Correct errors identified in the production of material registrations;Align technical doubts between buyer and supplier;Achieve productivity and quality levels defined for the position.Requirements and qualificationsIntermediate English (mandatory);Office suite;SAP (differential);Proactivity and teamwork.Additional information
