HR Specialist (Project-Based)

We are looking for a part-time HR Specialist to work on a project basis, closing specific open positions as they arise. This is not a full-time, ongoing role — it's focused on delivering results for individual hiring projects. Key responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned positions: job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer stage
• Priority focus: closing positions for Visa Specialists and Accountants
• Work closely with the team to understand role requirements and target profiles
• Provide regular updates on hiring progress for each open position

Requirements:

• Ability to independently manage the hiring funnel from job posting to final offer
• Strong sourcing and screening skills

Compensation: Fixed monthly salary, paid upon successful closing of the assigned position(s).
