Your tasks
About Service delivery opportunity focused on developing SDLC tooling for 12,000 developers, centering on deployment automation with a strong emphasis on security standards.
Project Scope The scope encompasses modernizing a secure Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) platform to enable deployment automation to public and private cloud endpoints, as well as SaaS-based tooling. The initiative involves constructing the next generation of development and deployment tooling across a diverse set of tech stacks. The end-client operates as a global financial institution, characterized by a regulated environment with a high focus on information security.
- Key project goals focus on shaping the SDLC by delivering robust tools, systems, and processes that seamlessly integrate with application security tools and scale to support over 12,000 developers firmwide. The engagement covers engineering tooling that supports both small and large-scale projects utilizing varied technologies, build systems, and deployment environments.
Requirements
Tech Stack Python, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible
- 5+ years of background in software engineering, with a strong focus on Python.
- Proven track record in delivering solutions around build tools, maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines, and optimizing SDLC processes.
- Practical experience with deployment technology (minimum 3 of the following): Azure, AWS, Ansible, Jenkins, Containers, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions.
- Professional engagement in large-scale agile projects within globally distributed teams.
- Strong communication capabilities paired with a pragmatic approach to technical problem-solving.
- Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher) for effective technical documentation and business communication.
