Plant Manager Part-Time

Responsibilities:

Serve as the subject matter expert to translate real-world discrete and process manufacturing workflows into digital ERP functional operations. Define physical stock locations, warehouses, virtual locations, and automated inventory reordering points inside the software. Collaboratively test production scheduling modules, capacity planning tools, and real-time inventory tracking alongside the software support specialist. Drive change management on the factory floor, ensuring line staff are adequately trained to log operational data into the system correctly. Drive daily plant operations across both discrete assembly and process-batch production lines.

• Maintain stringent occupational health, safety, quality control, and facility compliance standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Operations 4 years of plant leadership across discrete and process industries Clear understanding of MRP data logic.
