Behavioral Scientist

Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Behavioral Science:

Analyze customer decision-making and buying behavior. Improve sales conversations using behavioral science. Coach sales teams on customer needs, motivations, and objections. Help design messaging that builds trust and reduces resistance. Review sales interactions for behavioral improvements. Develop behavioral customer personas. Improve the customer journey from sales to onboarding.

Employee Engagement & Performance:

Increase employee motivation, engagement, and loyalty. Identify barriers to performance and productivity. Improve workplace satisfaction and communication. Help leaders better understand employee behavior. Strengthen collaboration, morale, and team dynamics. Build feedback systems for continuous improvement.

Leadership & Organizational Development:

Advise leadership on behavior, culture, and team dynamics. Support hiring using behavioral insights. Help build a high-performance startup culture. Assist with conflict resolution and change management.

Requirements:

Degree in Behavioral Science or related field. Strong understanding of motivation, decision-making, and workplace behavior. Experience applying behavioral science in business or organizational settings. Strong communication and coaching skills. Ability to turn insights into practical outcomes. Coaching sales or customer-facing teams. Startup or fast-growth company experience. Knowledge of B2B sales and customer acquisition. Experience in employee engagement or organizational development.
