Manager Qualification/Validation Strategic Projects (M/F)

Join our Qualification/Validation department in Carros (06), as Qualification/Validation (QV) Manager Strategic Projects (M/F) on a permanent contract (CDI), you will play a key role within the Direction des Opérations Industrielles France (DOIF).

Your challenge: Coordinate, supervise, and guarantee the regulatory compliance of all qualification and validation activities for large-scale industrial projects, while managing a dedicated team to support the site's growth and innovation.

Proposed Missions:

Define and drive a standardized Qualification/Validation (QV) strategy for all projects, in perfect alignment with regulations and site policy. *

Write, review, and validate key strategic and operational Qualification/Validation (QV) documents. *

Manage and develop a team of Qualification & Validation experts, while optimizing workload and resource allocation. *

Establish, monitor, and optimize the budget (OPEX/CAPEX and resources) allocated to project Qualification/Validation (QV) activities. *

Manage relationships with suppliers and external subcontractors, and ensure fluid cross-functional collaboration with multidisciplinary project teams. *

Define and monitor steering and performance indicators (KPI) and drive the transfer plan of project Qualification/Validation (QV) activities to routine activities.

Required Profile:

You hold a Master's degree level (Engineer or Pharmacist) and have a solid and proven experience of at least 5 years in the field of Qualification/Validation within a pharmaceutical or veterinary environment. *

You possess mandatory and in-depth knowledge of applicable pharmaceutical regulatory requirements (BPF - Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication, GMP - Good Manufacturing Practices, ISO). *

Solid experience in team management and in managing large-scale industrial projects is indispensable to succeed in this position. *

You possess excellent communication skills and a marked aptitude for working cross-functionally with multidisciplinary teams. *

Fluency in English (written and oral) is required to interact effectively in an international group context and with external partners.
