As we continue to grow, we are looking for a *skilled and dependable Automotive Mechanic* to join our team and help ensure our vehicles are safe, reliable, and ready for our customers.

*Position Overview*

We are seeking an experienced *Automotive Mechanic* with strong diagnostic and mechanical skills. The successful candidate will inspect, maintain, diagnose, and repair vehicles while ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.

*Key Responsibilities*

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and determine appropriate repairs.
• Perform routine maintenance including oil changes, brake inspections, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
• Complete repairs involving brakes, suspension, steering, exhaust, engine, and other mechanical systems.
• Use diagnostic equipment, hand tools, and power tools safely and effectively.
• Identify and communicate additional repair or maintenance requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and parts used.
• Work with sales and management teams to prepare vehicles for sale and delivery.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Ensure vehicles meet VIP Motors' quality and safety standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Automotive Mechanic or Technician.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures.
• Experience with diagnostic equipment and automotive tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Valid Ontario driver's licence.
• Automotive certification or technical training is an asset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
