Job Objective: Plan, execute, optimize, and scale Vinte's digital investment, ensuring the efficient generation of qualified leads and contributing to the fulfillment of commercial objectives.

Job Functions:

• Define and execute the digital investment strategy oriented towards achieving commercial objectives.
• Manage and optimize digital campaigns through continuous performance analysis.
• Transform CRM data and digital platforms into strategic information for decision-making.
• Develop analysis, projection, and measurement models to maximize lead generation and return on investment.
• Build dashboards and business indicators that facilitate result tracking and opportunity identification.
• Lead experimentation, automation, and integration initiatives of artificial intelligence tools to improve commercial efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field Experience: 4 years in a related position Knowledge in: Digital performance metrics, ROI, and customer acquisition. Advanced management of advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube). Data analysis through CRM, dashboards, and visualization tools. Application of artificial intelligence for analysis, automation, and campaign optimization.
