Performing Hands On training to team and junior members Train and lead a highly effective team committed to achieving sales targets. Manage business development and strategic positioning for products and services. Oversee and assist in operational matters. Liaise with suppliers and customers to address inquiries and opportunities. Research and understudy new products for R&D Survey and understanding of the market trends and needs. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
