• 8+ years of experience in CMF, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Excellent color acuity (Munsell test certified or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of cost-driven design and material processes, including both hard and soft trim.
• Solid understanding of sustainable materials and their applications in mobility design.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, VRED, and Microsoft Office.
