Production Operator

In this position, you will work day shifts and ensure that the production machines run correctly. You set up machines, monitor the process, and intervene when necessary. At the same time, you are flexible enough to jump in at another workstation if needed. In a family-owned SME, everyone helps each other forward.

What are you going to do?

• You set up production machines, start them up, and reconfigure them when necessary, and you monitor the production process and adjust where needed.
• You resolve small technical malfunctions yourself and you check the quality of the products.
• You jump in at other workstations when production requires it and you help colleagues with manual tasks.
• You ensure that your own work is performed correctly and safely.
• You think along when you notice that something can be done better or more efficiently.

Where are you going to work? You will be working at a family-owned SME where people work closely together. Because the team is relatively compact, it is important that everyone takes responsibility and is willing to jump in when necessary. The operation is practical and direct: you know what is expected of you and can go to your colleagues with questions. English is the working language on the shop floor.

• You have several years of experience as a production operator, you can set up machines independently, and you have technical insight.
• You can start early if necessary, sometimes from 06:00 AM.
• You speak very good English. English is the working language on the shop floor.
