Hospitality Manager (M/F)

VINCI FACILITIES IDF TERTIAIRE is recruiting a hospitality manager (M/F) for one of its companies based in Clichy (92).

The intervention site is located in Paris (8th).

Reporting to one of our Responsable d'Affaires, you will be assigned to one of our clients located in Paris.

Your objectives will be:

To operationally manage our Hospitality service by being the service conductor of your site. To be the guarantor of the quality of the services delivered. To participate in the animation of living spaces.

More concretely, you will work at our client's site from Monday to Friday and will carry out the following missions:

Operational Management:

Ensure compliance with the contractual commitments of all services provided. Create and sustain a true relationship of trust with the client to be proactive in proposing complementary service sales. Participate in commercial visits of the building and, if necessary, ensure the smooth integration of new tenants. Co-facilitate the various committees related to the asset: catering, security, etc... Participate in the management of service providers operating within your scope through daily check-ins and regular performance reviews: multi-technique, cleaning, green spaces, etc... Provide feedback and reporting related to the service.

Quality Governance:

Conduct daily rounds to prevent non-conformities; you will be the preferred interface for occupants to collect all requests. Anticipate complaints by correcting malfunctions before they are even perceived. Address established corrective requests within timeframes compliant with client commitments. Assess risks related to the site's working environment and team activities and implement associated prevention measures.

Animation of Living Spaces:

Coordinate the creation of the annual animation schedule with various service providers. Be proactive in creating signature events. Measure the effectiveness of animation and communication programs in terms of development dynamics, usage, and loyalty. Create physical and digital communication materials.
