Your role

Within the Academy VINCI Energies France, you will lead design and transformation projects for training systems aimed at supporting the skill development of our employees, in close connection with the Group's strategic challenges.

Your missions

Training project management

  • Analyze and qualify training needs in collaboration with business experts
  • Design, plan, and lead projects for the creation or redesign of training programs, from the scoping phase to deployment
  • Guarantee compliance with deadlines, quality, and set objectives
  • Coordinate all stakeholders (internal teams, business experts, external providers)

Budget management and optimization

  • Develop and monitor budgets for training projects
  • Ensure the financial management of your systems (cost monitoring, resource optimization)

Pedagogical quality and deployment

  • Support and train the network of trainers to promote the appropriation of content
  • Ensure the quality and pedagogical consistency of the systems
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of training in connection with the evolution of professions

Innovation and continuous improvement

  • Be proactive in proposing ways to enrich the training offer
  • Develop innovative pedagogical approaches (blended learning, digital learning, etc.)
  • Participate in the optimization of the Academy's tools and processes
  • Contribute to smoothing interactions with operational teams

Graduate of a Master 1 or Master 2 level program (HR, training engineering, project management, or equivalent)

You have proven experience in managing training projects

You master project management methods and know how to mobilize cross-functional teams around common objectives

You have a good command of English, allowing you to operate in an international environment

Knowledge of the VINCI Energies environment and its professions is a real asset

You demonstrate organization, rigor, and autonomy

Possessing a strong pedagogical sense, you know how to lead a network and work in a collaborative mode
