Your tasks…

As a Shipping Clerk (m/f/d), you will take over the administrative processing of shipping processes:

• Disposition of logistics service providers
• Planning of outbound and return deliveries according to orders
• Advising of shipments with freight forwarders
• Creation of shipping documents
• Processing of customs formalities as well as implementation of special customs procedures in compliance with dangerous goods guidelines
• Monitoring the receipt of documents and data for air and sea freight
• Monitoring the timely and proper order processing
• Maintenance of the shipping system in cooperation with IT

Your qualification...

• Successfully completed professional qualification as Industriekaufmann (m/f/d), Speditionskaufmann (m/f/d) or comparable
• Experience in shipping or logistics
• Very good English skills in spoken and written form
• Structured and independent way of working
• High quality awareness and teamwork skills
• Good knowledge of MS-Office programs
