Your tasks... As an Operational Buyer (m/f/d), you will take over the planning and control of material requirements to ensure a smooth and on-time supply for production:

• Contact person for suppliers regarding questions on delivery capacities, as well as processing ordering processes and clarifying quality or delivery deviations
• Coordination and tracking of technical changes to components and drawings in the ongoing process
• Responsibility for monitoring and optimizing inventory levels
• Maintenance, updating, and optimization of relevant material and requirements data in the ERP system

Your qualifications...

• Successfully completed professional qualification in the commercial sector, e.g., as Industriekaufmann (m/f/d), Kaufmann für Groß- und Außenhandelsmanagement (m/f/d), Kaufmann für Büromanagement (m/f/d), Speditionskaufmann (m/f/d) or Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik (m/f/d) with a commercial focus
• Initial professional experience in the areas of material planning, procurement, disposition, or Supply Chain Management is an advantage
• Confident handling of common MS-Office applications as well as experience with ERP systems, ideally Infor LN
• Good English skills in speaking and writing
