We are looking to incorporate bilingual talent into our team in Guadalajara with a professional presence, eloquence, and commercial instinct. This position combines premium service, commercial follow-up, and membership renewals. It is aimed at people capable of generating trust, identifying opportunities, and transforming good conversations into results.
Profile we are looking for:
- Advanced or fluent spoken English — indispensable
- Ability to maintain professional conversations naturally
- Eloquence, active listening, and persuasive communication
- Confidence and professional presence
- Commercial experience or demonstrable skill for sales
- Objection handling and results orientation
- Discipline, consistency, and follow-up
- Completed high school
- Availability to work on-site in Guadalajara
We especially value experience in:
- Face-to-face or telephone sales
- Renewals or retention
- Bilingual call center
- Sale of services or intangibles
- Hospitality, tourism, or vacation club
Experience in our industry is a plus. Commercial talent is indispensable.
Main responsibilities:
- Provide professional attention and follow-up to members
- Present services and benefits clearly and persuasively
- Identify commercial needs and opportunities
- Handle objections and provide continuity to each opportunity
- Manage membership renewals
- Work with objectives and performance indicators
- Base salary of $10,000 MXN gross monthly
