CHEF/COOK

Due to an increased volume of work, we are hiring a chef to work in a restaurant that combines pension and à la carte offerings.

• Knowledge of the menu, preparation of ingredients in accordance with norms, standards, and work procedures
• Processing of ingredients and preparation of dishes
• Decorating and presenting dishes to guests
• Controlling the correctness of ingredients and the quality of dishes
• Care for procedures and standards, cleanliness, and norms
• Maintenance of kitchen inventory, equipment, and appliances and adherence to all sanitary regulations, standard operating procedures, and occupational safety
• Teamwork and cooperation with colleagues

Requirements:

• SSS in the catering profession (specialization – chef)
• 2 years of experience in the same or similar positions
• Active knowledge of the English language (knowledge of an additional language is an advantage)
• Responsibility in performing tasks
• High degree of motivation, enthusiasm, and dynamism
• Accuracy, tidiness, and agility
• Knowledge and application of professional rules
