WAITER/WAITRESS

• SSS (hospitality direction preferred)
• Active knowledge of the English language (knowledge of an additional language is an advantage)
• Knowledge of restaurant/bar processes and workflows
• Service-oriented, communicative, organized, and responsible
• Accuracy, tidiness, agility
• Knowledge and application of professional rules
• Preparing the restaurant/bar and other premises for the start of work
• Receiving and serving guests
• Taking orders, blocking, issuing, and charging bills
• Calculating daily consumption and handing over cash to the cash register
• Caring for the cleanliness and aesthetic arrangement of tables
• Resolving simple guest complaints
• Teamwork and cooperation with colleagues
• Application of occupational health and safety measures
