Project Manager (Surveillance Systems)

Job Overview The Project Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and delivering ICT and Camera-related projects, ensuring they are completed within schedule, budget, and compliance requirements. The role involves close coordination with vendors, stakeholders, and government agencies, with a strong focus on system integration, cybersecurity, and large-scale infrastructure deployment. Key Responsibilities Project Management & Delivery Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure Ensure timely delivery within scope, schedule, and budget Track milestones, risks, and expenditures; report to management Identify and mitigate risks; escalate issues when necessary Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders Prepare project documentation and reports

Stakeholder & Vendor Management Engage stakeholders across departments and agencies Liaise between users and vendors for solution delivery Manage contracts, procurement, and payments Ensure compliance with SLAs Site Support and Escort

Technical & System Implementation Implement ICT systems with security and scalability Ensure integration, testing, and commissioning Support large-scale surveillance and camera deployment and acceptance test Oversee infrastructure setup (network, electrical, structural) Integrate camera-related frontend system with backend application Qualifications Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, IT, Electrical Engineering or related PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage
