Heavy-Duty Tire Technician & Mechanic

Your tasks

• Independent Tire Service: Autonomously handle tire replacements, patching, repairs, inflation, and balancing for large 30-ton commercial trucks.
• Basic Mechanical Repairs: Perform routine heavy truck maintenance and simple repairs, including engine oil changes, brake adjustments, fluid refills, and light bulb replacements.
• Inspections & Safety: Check commercial vehicle tires and mechanical parts to identify wear, damage, or potential safety hazards.
• Equipment Management: Safely operate heavy shop tools, jacks, pneumatic wrenches, and commercial tire-changing machinery.

Requirements

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Heavy-Duty Tire Technician & Mechanic to join our fleet maintenance team. The successful candidate must be fully capable of independently changing, repairing, and managing tires for heavy transport vehicles (up to 30-ton trucks). In addition to tire services, you will perform basic mechanical repairs and routine vehicle maintenance. Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven Experience: Strong hands-on experience in commercial truck tire handling or heavy-duty vehicle maintenance.
• Independence: Must be able to work completely unsupervised when changing and repairing large truck tires.
• Basic Mechanical Knowledge: Good understanding of large truck mechanics and general servicing procedures.
• Physical Stamina: Excellent physical fitness and strength, with the ability to lift heavy truck tires, rims, and equipment daily.
• Professional Attitude: Punctual, honest, safety-conscious, and dedicated to high-quality work.
