The position

Within the travel production department for groups, your mission will be to design and organize tailor-made trips for our clients. You will travel occasionally to refine our field knowledge.

Your mission:

• Design group trips from the receipt of the client request to the development of the itinerary for the groups
• Prepare client presentations

• Calculate stay and tour costs while respecting the budget
• Manage reservations and invoicing

• Occasionally accompany groups
• Ensure the satisfaction of our travelers

The conditions of your flight:

CDI - 39h per week

Location: Toulouse center

Attractive remuneration: Monthly gross fixed salary (depending on profile), Performance bonuses, Profit sharing equivalent to up to 2 months' salary

Your profile:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Curious, rigorous, creative, highly autonomous, and passionate about exceptional travel

• Excellent team spirit
• Minimum Bac+3 degree, with solid knowledge of certain destinations

• Irreproachable sense of service, excellent interpersonal skills, and sharp listening skills
• Fluent English required - a 3rd language is a plus

• Mastery of incentive travel is a plus
