Presence of the establishment at the Place de l'emploi de Toulouse on 06/10 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., on the Allées Jean Jaurès, Entrance located on the Métro Jean Jaurès side.

Your mission will be to guarantee the satisfaction of our clients by ensuring a very high quality of service recognized by all our clients, as well as the routine operations of sales, reservations, and issuances relating to professional travel: Advise and guide clients in the choice of their professional travel; Prepare quotes and service offers in accordance with the travel policy of the company concerned; Process reservations on the GDS (Amadeus, Sabre) and with referenced service providers; Control the quality of files; Assist clients in case of problems or changes; Ensure reporting; Manage invoicing. Profile sought Ideally with a BAC +2 in Tourism (knowledge of business tourism and particularly aviation); A first experience in the business travel sector constitutes a real asset; Good mastery of a GDS (Amadeus, Sabre) Good command of English; Ease on the phone both for making outbound calls or answering inbound calls; The position requires rigor, patience, and a good team spirit, with a real sense of service and organization on a daily basis.
