Senior Technology Product and Project Manager – Fintech

A Fintech company in the capital markets sector is looking for a Project/Product Manager

Leading complex technology products and projects in the worlds of Fintech and capital markets, from the stage of understanding business needs, defining the solution, and system characterization, to managing development, implementation, and launch. The role requires a combination of business understanding with a high technological orientation and the ability to dive into details, work closely with development teams, and serve as a connecting factor between the business and technological sides.

• Experience in managing products and/or complex technology projects.
• Significant experience in a Fintech company, investment house, bank, trading company, or a company in the capital markets field.
• High technological orientation and a deep understanding of software systems, architecture, interfaces, databases, and API.
• Experience working closely with development teams and the ability to conduct high-level technical discourse.
• Ability to analyze business needs, translate them into technological requirements, and write detailed characterization documents.
• Experience leading complex systems and products from the characterization stage to going live.
• Good understanding of processes and systems in the fields of capital markets, trading, investments, or financial services.
• Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and manage timelines and dependencies.
• Ability to work with senior management, business clients, and technological teams.
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and high business understanding.
• High level of English.
