Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Proven work experience in HR Planning, Employment Relations and Organizational Culture positions.

• Proficiency in Korean language (advanced level – TOPIK 5 or above preferred).
• Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.
