Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or related field; a degree in engineering is highly desirable but not mandatory.
• Strong engineering literacy — able to read, interpret, and evaluate technical drawings, specifications, and supplier engineering.
